Diver, I believe UCLA did a phase 1 trial with 23 (?) Or so patients before the product was liscenced to nwbo. The 2011 paper by Prins Liau and others I believe was based on this ucla study on genetic subgroups and later paper on til overlap. Far more than 2 patients Mrk is a giant with all sorts of ongoing research and provide keytruda for many studies not sponsored by mrk. Most of us want this combo trial to become a major item but we come from a different perspective, imo much as I would like to think merck wants to buy nwbo it may be just another bit of research mrk contributes to by giving keytruda for free
