I believe you are correct. But Dr. Liau, when I first came across her work, had treated 2 patients. It was at that time Dr. Boynton became interested I believe also. So maybe it was after the P1 trial that they formally put things together. My point was that it’s quite common and normal for an Academic Institution to develop pharmaceutical treatments and do smaller trials without a sponsor to test concepts.
