I think everyone here would love to see a concrete, material update. Form 10 being filed will light this up again.
With that being said, at least it's not complete radio silence coming from Sharp. Fwiw, a post from earlier today.

Appreciate that. But I wish that GS would give us an estimation of time. Frankly, if given a choice between an estimation of time which turns out wrong or no estimation of time at all and being totally clueless I'd choose the former. I think GS used to keep us in the loop more than he does know:

$G*FF $S*NW $GVSI update (kind of). I hate posting this, but I got to get y'all off my back. Fins for these tickers are ready. Waiting for access to OTCIQ portal. Spoke with Issuer Serv's at OTCM & they are piled on. Entire army working on apps & expect 4-6 weeks from submission

Finally received response from OTCM & confirmed with SEC. Form 10s will be deemed effective 60 days after they are filed, provided that the SEC has no outstanding questions. Then OTCM will deem the companies current.

During the SEC review it was discovered that the designation of a class of pref shares issued by $GVSI's previous management is missing. On the SEC's advice, management has decided to withdraw the Form 10 and refile in December so that corrections can be made with the Nevada SOS.

Unfortunately, he may have received some grief because things didn't turn out as tweeted so he might just have said to himself "Screw it!" and now he can't be bothered with estimations:

I will no longer succumb to pressure & predict timelines. It takes as long as it takes. I have no control over the allocation of time by lawyers, accountants, SEC, OTCM or FINRA. Nonetheless, $H*BL will be QB, $GOFF will have its 15c2-11 & $S*NW & $GVSI will file new Form 10s.

$GVSI update, new hurdle I am jumping through is that previous mgmt issued Pref "A" stock without designating it with Nevada SOS, i.e. conversion/voting rate, etc. SEC is a stickler on this. We are petitioning the court to either allow us to cancel them or assign designation.

Except for following through and delivering what he said..which is that a new form 10 would be filed. And if Due to circumstances beyond his control he can't get that done. He does owe us that information. So either way, he owes us something.
