8 months of nothing is proof enough
That statement is patently false. Sharp commented on $srn* back on May 2, comparing it to $GVSI
"And $SRNW was easy compared to $GVSI but still took 7 months. Like I said before, it takes as long as it takes"

Sharp posted on his Twitter page when $srn* became a fully reporting SEC filer on April 25. He tagged all 3 of his shells in the tweet.
"All it took was patience...and my wallet. Remember that. "

Sharp posted on his Twitter page commenting on the length of time getting things done with respect to finra, otcm, etc. On April 2. He tags all 5 tickers he's associated with.
"Quiet periods are unfortunately necessary when you are trying to get through processes with the SEC, FINRA, OTC Markets (thanks to the powers bestowed upon them by the SEC) or other backlogged regulatory bodies. Nobody likes it any better than you do"

A key post occurred March 25th, when Sharp was obviously venting his frustration with the overall process and the delays that are happening that are beyond his control.
"An issuer cannot move faster than the regulators let them. When Questions/Comments to issuer submissions take forever to receive, & then new Q/Cs to issuer's responses take forever, & then even newer Q/Cs to further responses take forever & so on...it's not the issuer's fault."

March 14th he posted on his Twitter page referencing $GVSI specifically.
"for the 47th time...when there is something to say about $GVSI or any of my other deals, it will be said. Otherwise, here's my auto-answer to the "Any update?" question: "There is no update." Now STOP IT!"

February 25th...Sharp again tags all 5 tickers he's associated with..including $GVSI...in this tweet:
"The results may not come fast enough for the fast buck seekers, but they come. Nobody in the OTC sweats more for their shareholders than the operators $HMB* $FOR* $GOF* $SRN* and $GVSI. It is a privilege for me to work with high integrity associates like @humblceo
& @CalvinWeight"

"Here's some updates for those of you who don't get it.

Now, you might want to pay particularly close attention to this one. From Sharp's Twitter page on January 31st:
"Do not pay attention to what anybody "hears" or "knows" about any ticker I'm associated with unless you hear it from me or the company. It's all crap."

Sharp posted this update on the otc gvsi page back in November.
"During the SEC review it was discovered that the designation of a class of pref shares issued by $GVSI's previous management is missing. On the SEC's advice, management has decided to withdraw the Form 10 and refile in December so that corrections can be made with the Nevada SOS. "
I could keep going. You were asked to provide any credible evidence to back up your claims. You couldn't.
do your own dd.. it's over
Do my own dd? Now that's funny. You obviously didn't do yours.
And....here's the mic drop....
