But IF he still plans to "petition the court" (which MIGHT still have to be done before being able to refile the Form 10) wouldn't there be a filing of it somewhere? There was no mention of "petitioning the court" (that I know of!) for S*NW. That's the difference.
Having said that, I guess it's possible that the share problem could have gotten resolved without going to court and we next see the refiling of the $GVSI Form 10 but, if not, then where do we stand with that court petition and how long is it gonna take? APPROXIMATELY?? (Just wish GS would tell us). :-(
