I believe you can have a halt on OTC. But there’s absolutely no excuse for how this was managed.

There should have been a press release with the data before the market opened; they should have had a pre-agreed upon plan in place with FINRA for a halt; and should have worked it out with conference planners to have the presentation scheduled early, not nearly mid day - there was confusion all morning until after the presentation.

And here’s another thing I would have done: I would have filed some kind of libel lawsuit against AF a couple of days before.

There would no difference if they halted or not. Bear raid was planned in weeks in advance. That what those guys do. They don’t even care what company does. They have guys like AF to lay foundation for bear raid and then they do what they always do. Nothing could prevent it. It’s been done before with many companies, but biotech companies are especially good for that kind game. That is my opinion.
