This is one of the most uninformed postings I have ever read; "The vaccines are safe," statement could not be farther from the truth, and it has been proven that natural immunity is many times more efficacious than vaccine immunity. If you are going to post off topic, at least please do so without the use of disinformation!

biosectinvestor, good points, I agree with almost all of these, but, when balanced data is not presented by govt to people suspicion can rightfully result. I think govt could have done a much better job presenting all the risks of both the disease and the vaccine so people can see the weighting of risk toward getting vaccinated. The vaccines are relatively safe, but the issues with them, though considerably less than with the disease, should be shared clearly by govt. There are always some safety issues with drugs, including vaccines. But it is all relative to the disease. Bottom line I agree getting vaccinated is preferred to not, but helping people see why is important and is the responsibility of govt, not to presume people will just follow.

There is a shred of truth though to the point that the Covid risk profile (by age) from the disease differs considerably from the regular flu. For children and youths, it is definitely less fatal. That said, one thing has been remarkably absent from the way anyone talks about Covid, and that is the duty we have to one another in society.

Personal responsibility and “sovereignty” must be balanced with a sense of duty to other humans, controlling the impact (intentional or inadvertent) that we have on others. It’s why we say please and thank you, it’s why we don’t smoke in public, and it most certainly must factor into how we handle ourselves as conduits of a fatal (to some!) disease.

Bio, this is 100% true (For Canada 2020, no one vaccinated, covid was more dangerous).

Google "statistic Canada death cause by age".

You have to organize table, add/remove data so it is readable.

Then build these numbers on a table and do comparaison.
