biosectinvestor, good points, I agree with almost all of these, but, when balanced data is not presented by govt to people suspicion can rightfully result. I think govt could have done a much better job presenting all the risks of both the disease and the vaccine so people can see the weighting of risk toward getting vaccinated. The vaccines are relatively safe, but the issues with them, though considerably less than with the disease, should be shared clearly by govt. There are always some safety issues with drugs, including vaccines. But it is all relative to the disease. Bottom line I agree getting vaccinated is preferred to not, but helping people see why is important and is the responsibility of govt, not to presume people will just follow.
