There is a shred of truth though to the point that the Covid risk profile (by age) from the disease differs considerably from the regular flu. For children and youths, it is definitely less fatal. That said, one thing has been remarkably absent from the way anyone talks about Covid, and that is the duty we have to one another in society.

Personal responsibility and “sovereignty” must be balanced with a sense of duty to other humans, controlling the impact (intentional or inadvertent) that we have on others. It’s why we say please and thank you, it’s why we don’t smoke in public, and it most certainly must factor into how we handle ourselves as conduits of a fatal (to some!) disease.
