Having experience trying to bring a med device to market is experience. You may have few steps to take still but all experience (good or bad) count IF people learn from it.
I hope Gerald will expound (or get asked) so we can know if its a freebie or a BOGO type freebie. I agree any help is help and if its saving $$ its a lot of help. He had talked about being a botanical that that was a diff path to approval. Maybe that allows this to count as a "back door" trial??
