You really cant figure out that the case was moved to the Northern District of Ohio which was already explained and they have the same information in them.

Been watching you guys go back and forth like a volleyball game.

You could have just kept posting this one statement and you would have made your case. And won every match.

It's right in Pacer. There is no mystery. There is no conspiracy. There is no termination. There is no association.

Have no idea what this person is talking about. Or the fact about linking cases together. Nothing more than "just because" theories going on here.

As you’re fully aware, I’m well versed in case files. Let me remind you that I had to show you how to find the case you’re referring to, and navigate the current predicament.

You pointed to a wildly irrelevant document from a terminated docket, and claimed it was the smoking gun, that it was filed by the government (it wasn’t), that proved there’s currently no links between the two cases (it didn’t), then tried to side step it by going on a tangent about grand juries and whatever else.

I’ve said this here multiple times, that I don’t like wasting time on irrelevant minutia of cases, and particularly hate repeating myself. I don’t sidestep anything, and if someone needs help or asks a concise question or makes a coherent rebuttal, I’m more than willing to engage, otherwise if one wants to engage in tit-for-tat you can count me out and you won’t get a response.

This is my last response on this point as we’re going in circles, and I’m going out to grab a bite.

I wish you’d just make your point concise and to the point, because I have no idea what your replies are getting at. You’re jumping from “see I found a document” all the way to I have no idea what about grand juries.

If you think there’ll be a new grand jury for the CATV case and Svorai and whoever else involved, then by all means just say so. You have every right to that opinion. But, you’re not helping moral by that argument considering grand jury cases take a long time to establish. The six companies are going on their 3rd year.
