Since I don’t have a dog in this fight, feel free to use me as information conduit. I don’t get emotional about this stuff, as I’ve been on the other side of the fence and had to learn the hard lessons my own way. I get it.

So, here’s what happened with the case…
It started in northern district of Ohio where the affidavit was filed for an arrest warrant, then sealed:

Then an arrest warrant was issued which occurred in the southern district of Florida, and hence where you’ll find the transcript to the arrest and bond hearings (this is the case you’re missing):

Then it was joined with the existing grand jury case involving the other 6 companies, which means most of what transpires on the docket is sealed:

Taieb’s case you have listed started in the grand jury case, but he likely flipped and is no longer named, and only referred to as a co-conspirator, but the case has expanded to 6 individuals:

United States v. Charles Vaccaro, Dror Svorai, Dennis Ruggeri, Kevin Hagen, Gary Berlly, Yosef Biton. Plus 8 co-conspirators and 8 nominees.

Any update will more than likely appear on the latter case file, but doesn’t hurt to keep an eye on the first.
