Arpemd .. this is exactly my feeling .. some patients will be help , but iMO majority will not .. we also need immunomodulation for this patients , which Paxlovid do not have .
Tollovir/ Tollovid should be a superior treatment in LH..

I expect that when Pfizer will do a study for LH , they will not be SS results ..
