Two-edged sword (ha! dint actually intend that pun.......)

IFF virus is persisting and that is part of the cause of long haul, then drugs like Paxlovid actually MAY have a role in long haul, despite not being immune modulators. but if real world data is indicating that Paxlovid does little in long haul, then we def have to postulate that it is more the dysregulated immune response than a persistent viral load that is creating trouble....... thus...Tollovir/vid becomes vastly superior to Paxloved (among all the other reasons)
