Not doing it is a change.Don't notice seeing any adequate public notice (press release) for those 2 years that is was not happening.

SOHM's plan to repurchase these shares is subject to change at any time upon adequate public notice, with the number of shares and definitive timeline to be decided by market conditions and the company's financial status. Any changes to this plan will be noticed via press release and/or filing with OTC Public Markets.

Didn't notice seeing any adequate public notice (press release) for those 2 years that is was not happening.


So leaving the buy back out there pass the impose deadline making investors believe it was still happening is a guarantee and very misleading.
