I'm not at all missing the point, I just don't dwell on things that happened in the past. I've been trading Pinks for a long time, and have seen MANY share buybacks announced along with promises of " divies "...
Maybe their intentions are good, maybe the $$$ that was expected to come in never did for one reason or another, who knows. The buyback was originally announced to help with what they considered to be a bloated OS.
I suggest everyone read the announcement again, as it NEVER guaranteed anything, and was subject to change at any time. Again, if I didn't trust them, I would sell immediately, what in pray tell would anyone be waiting for ? This share buyback is history, and as I said the pps eventually went from .001 to .014, so everyone holding shrs had an opportunity to get out when they full well knew the buyback was not happening, period.

THEY SAID they would do a buyback, nobody else, nobody twisted an arm this was a declaration they PROMOTED. THEY GAVE the timetable and the amount shares THEY WOULD BUY BACK nobody else it was THEIR words. As far as I have been able to tell in a two year period not one sub-penny by the company was spent to buy back a single share.
I can appreciate honest try and fail, as nothing in life is guaranteed, what I can not tolerate purposely misleading.
