Yes I think MITIGATE is large enough and because of Omicron ...definitely enough events ....for stat sig data .

A total enrollment of 16,500 patients pre-randomized in a 1 (IPE):10 (usual care) allocation ratio with an overall event rate of 15 per 100 person-years, would result in 80% power to detect a RR=0.82 (ie, 18% relative rate reduction, 2.7% absolute rate reduction) given a 2-sided ( P value less then I think ..typo ) 0.05.

They have increased the enrollment numbers in at least the passive arm
