Anyone can post 10Ks. There is nothing to what is being stated here IMHO.
How about contacting DLM to see if this is the case or if he has sold any shares considering your concern?
Can't imagine a Form 4 not having been filed (if indeed he sold some shares DOUBT IT) considering that everything they do gets audited as it is.
