I believe that this has been stated more than once on the KlickZie ARknet Founders Group Board in the not too distant past. At least there if not other places as well?
Anyone can post 10Ks. There is nothing to what is being stated here IMHO.
How about contacting DLM to see if this is the case or if he has sold any shares considering your concern?
Can't imagine a Form 4 not having been filed (if indeed he sold some shares DOUBT IT) considering that everything they do gets audited as it is.
Please do report back if so (having contacted DLM etc.)
