So there is no proof to the claim in the previous post of David saying he hasn’t touched his shares?

DLM has stated right along that he hasn't touched his shares.

Anyone can say “I believe…” that doesn’t show proof.



Proof that the 2021 10-K shows fewer shares for David than the 2020 10-K is from an Audited source that was filed with the SEC. Those can be easily found and read by anyone and the links were provided.
