jroon71, please clarify the 25% max... are you referring to an ordinary retail buyer or another type of investor such as insiders or HF? If you're referring to retail buyers there is no limit.
Can anyone provide more color on this? I thought there was a 25% limitation on share repurchases (25% of daily volume), but was not aware of a limitation on 5% owners.
