oneragman, funny that you should post at the same time I was looking at blocks of 10,000 or more there were about 280,000shs purchased today mainly in 10,000 blocks in the 3rd mkt on upticks. Yesterday there was a sale on the close of about 105,000. IIRC a shareholder with ownership of 5% or more can only buy a percentage of the volume on a daily basis.
Can anyone provide more color on this? I thought there was a 25% limitation on share repurchases (25% of daily volume), but was not aware of a limitation on 5% owners.
