I'm not sure why you keep making this statement when you have previously admitted that NWBO owns the equipment and there is a contractual arrangement between the two parties, which you have not seen

I have not said NWBO owns the equipment. I have previously corrected you so this cannot be a mistake.

Again, Huwei owns the $13.9M in leasehold improvements which is "the equipment". Advent now has the rights to use it.

The contract, per NWBO is substantially the same as Cognate's which we have seen. That is a vanilla contract with a CDMO with guarenteed space. Though the minimum payments are very high. And it expires in 4 months.

It is Advent's facility. NWBO has a commercial contract with Advent that expires shortly. It is the same as when NWBO had a contract with Cognate in Memphis.

Your baseless assertion that NWBO "owns the equipment" is countered by the 10K that clearly shows $13.9M as leasehold improvements. A mere $500k of the massive buildout went to NWBO equipment.

Show me were you even have a hint of the BS assertion that NWBO "owns the equipment". There is none. It was a made up fact by this message board.
