I'm not sure why you keep making this statement when you have previously admitted that NWBO owns the equipment and there is a contractual arrangement between the two parties, which you have not seen. I'd understand your post a lot better if you added 'imo', but you state these things as facts without any idea of the underlying contract between the parties.
