Invest, My speculation is that Denner understands the need for a BP BO.
Anything less than that, JV, GIA, or taking private would be inferior to
a BO. Denner is exceptionally bright and I believe he understands the
potential of Vascepa, and what it will take to unleash that potential.
AMRN, its management, and BOD have no power to get Vascepa where it needs
to be. Does Pfizer have that power? Absolutely, in spades!
Perhaps Denner has been able to sell Pfizer (or some other BP) on the
enormous potential Vascepa still has. Maybe once an ownership threshold
is reached by Denner and his minions some BP will make their move. Denner
is too smart to buy AMRN stock without knowing the end-game here. If
BP wants to own AMRN Denner is the guy to make that possible. Why would
Denner even bother without an implicit "understanding" with BP? He has
far too much money at stake here to just take a gamble.
