oneragman, from my perspective, Denner is our only chance at a double over the near future if he is indeed looking to take this private as some have speculated. Our only chance at a home run and a decent return for those of us stuck in this dog for going on a decade is marjac winning a writ of certiorari and exposing Hikma’s fraud,. A slim chance but worth the try. I hope he decides to go for it. Denner is not likely to take this private for much more tha $10 per share. A marjac victory would be much more rewarding.
