I don't follow 3M closely. For me the PFAS issue could be open ended based on the length of time in production, volume of chemicals distributed and diverse application. The potential affected population is substantial. Just watching Saint Gobain deal with the PFAS issue in NH gives me pause on 3M.

3M is a great company with a few serious issues to resolve.

I wonder if 3M has_considered_the “Texas two-step” being employed by JNJ to limit its talc liabilities?

My guess is that 3M wouldn’t use such a maneuver because of the damage to its corporate reputation.

• 8 losses by jury verdict
• zero cases settled
