She doesn't understand that even the biggest companies out there don't do their own transcripts and share them publicly. Third party websites like seekingalpha, motley fool, etc. are usually the ones to publish transcripts. The standard HL rug pull that she likes to reference.

I am stating that they are not official and represent one individual's attempt to record what he or she heard at a meeting.

So while you can use them, it is not appropriate to quote them as if Les Goldman said X, Y, or Z as a matter of fact in the same way that it would be if we had an official transcript or an official video recording or even the quote produced by a journalist who would presumably be experienced in accurately recording quotes by others.
