And what you do not understand is that material news must be properly disclosed, and an ASM is not a proper disclosure.

A transcript by any third party (and I consider Ike reliable) is very useful as it helps an investor see the key data. But if it is material, it was in the 10-K (or such) anyway.

So what you are talking about is something that should not matter to a rational investor for making a decision on the stock.

Yet you guys think it is important.
