Unfortunately, if they gathered evidence the only place it was used was to defend themselves in court. They did nothing else to defend their share price and most here suffered. I am more than positive the attorneys representing their insurance company dictated how to handle this. Shorts know the drill and use this tactic constantly. It turns out disastrous for long investors. I have only seen a few companies fight back. PCLN years ago fought back in the public square when the shares were worth little. It worked for them.
