No. Bioamber had no selection input whatsoever. The assets sold to the highest bidder, and the Monitor and courts did their job and selected the bid that was "in the best interest of all stakeholders."

Facts… I have the same thoughts… how lucky were LCY to not have to bud until the liquidation stage and win against a bid that was actually better… lol if they were interested and also qualified why didn’t they bid in the initial SISP… why were bidders leaked and then dropped… too many red flags… but shareholders should “accept” LOL! CEO said himself that there were many parties interested in investing in BioAmber right at the start of the SISP, then boom no qualified bids and liquidation… hmm

And yet there's still those pesky court records documenting the liquidation.

Once again, because I know it has never been read, here is the 6th monitor's report with the executed asset purchase agreement detailing the liquidation with a list of all the assets that were sold, beginning on page 77 with the patents and other IP (aka - intangibles).

Anybody that really believes that these court records are a lie needs to turn their money over to an investment advisor or look up some CD's to put their money into, because they were surely lose it all trying to invest for themselves.

For further reinforcement, here's a couple comments from the judge that presided over the CCAA proceedings:

BioAmber did not “handpick” anyone. LCY and Visolis were smart. Why would they want to take on the company as a going concern and have to pay Al that back debt? Instead they waited to bid when it went to a liquidation and they were the highest bid. Makes perfect sense as why spend more than you have to?
My argument that all of the assets including the IP save and except for the Ar, inventory, cash and some office furniture in the us sold for 4.34 mil is backed by the court docs, APA and the official records.
The NOLS are long gone with BioAmber. The NOLS are useless at this point just like the shares. Believe what you wish but I have the official facts to back up what I say and not just some opinions based on fantasy
