Did you ever stop to think about the fact that BIOAQ obviously hand picked who bought the plant . How convenient that the company interested in BioAmbers technology amazingly won the fire sale bid . Think about that , there was a specific reason that LCY who was interested the entire time and you still want us to believe they gave the technology away for pennys on the dollar.You have a very weak argument proving 100% liquidation for penny’s on the dollar. Multi millions owed by numerous companies that accepted the outcome with no argument. There obviously were some sidebar arrangements to satisfy the debt holders The liquidation price was less than scrap value . Of course you will refute that . That’s why your argument is not plausible. An Operational productive facility producing the same product and now being profitable using the same Technology did not sell for 4.3 million. Don’t forget about the NOLs . They are still in effect . Read the rules for eligibility of utilizing the NOLs . Funny how your interpretation is so off from everybody else .
