Facts… I have the same thoughts… how lucky were LCY to not have to bud until the liquidation stage and win against a bid that was actually better… lol if they were interested and also qualified why didn’t they bid in the initial SISP… why were bidders leaked and then dropped… too many red flags… but shareholders should “accept” LOL! CEO said himself that there were many parties interested in investing in BioAmber right at the start of the SISP, then boom no qualified bids and liquidation… hmm
