To be honest, a lot of that quote is foreign to me. It sounds like the redefinition possibly took out 8% of the market, but then added in another 8%+?! For a net gain. Any idea what kind of net gain, or is that not data we have?
It is starting to make sense to me now why some people said our potential market got increased with the redefinition.
