Trade was allowed to restart (4/2020) for Calissio to be able to buy back those shares. A negotiated solution moderated by the regulator.

Unlikely. If the regulators had wanted it to trade again, they'd at least have insisted on a current 15c2-11. If they did, the company didn't cooperate. It still hasn't provided current information. And current information is not difficult to offer.
