My take is that the remainder of the note was allowed to be converted (in the trip-000s). Trade was allowed to restart (4/2020) for Calissio to be able to buy back those shares. A negotiated solution moderated by the regulator.

Just a theory.

IMHO

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
