Lizzy…..It’s beyond my wheelhouse, so take this w a grain of salt, but what I’m being fed secondhand is, yes, there is indeed a whole other component behind it……-beyond just the formalities of 13d/f/g- ..again I apologize as I am not adept enough to fully explain ……but the run from here to 20% stake is critical……..my opinion only….they want well above 20%; which would would be stunning if they could pull in that much share count

LBL, that's why no contested proxy will be filed. Also, would explain the block trades I see in the dark pool during the day.
