LBL, question for you I can't find any information about the legal benefits of owning 20% of out shares vs a 10% ownership except the obvious which is they just own more shares.
But if there's more than one activist with sizable ownership then collectively they can pool their shares which would provide a powerful effort to make change for the better while having a stake in the company it's a win/win for all.
Do you know if it's too late to file a contested proxy? Maybe that's why Sarissa is being so aggressive with his buying? Time is of the essence.
