I have been asking for specific scientific evidence of generic Vascepa product inferiority. Thus far it seems to be one of those things that we believe to be true, but it has not been proven to be true through competent evidence. If solid evidence such as a lab report could be produced, that is a consumer fraud class action that I would run with to the stratosphere. The case could be brought in my home county, and New Jersey's consumer fraud law is very strong, as well as conducive to Class Actions.
