I did not know there was no existing SAP in 2014/2015. I had always thought to that point that there was one.
I first heard there was not one around 2018, I believe, from another shareholder who was close to some in the company, but wasn’t entirely sure it was accurate information.
That claim was much more recently confirmed on multiple occasions.
Anyone speaking with the company can confirm. The SAP submitted in 2020 was the only SAP ever done.
But it wasn’t until the other day when I was reviewing again the protocol and read in it how the SAP was required to do the IA, that it dawned on me this was proof that they couldn’t have done an IA any earlier.
