I just listened to this talk by Dr B again. Around the 38 min mark he discusses the SAP and it certainly sounds like there’s only ever been one. He mentions that it was developed utilizing the services of 3 independent statisticians and that it took about 5 yrs to develop (I think that’s what he said). So it would be 100% impossible to conduct an efficacy analysis in 2015.
