I don’t think this patent has been awarded. It has simply reached the time (18 months after filing) when the patent office publishes the application for everyone to see. Patents at this stage can be denied and abandoned.
I clearly wrote all over my original post that these were patent apps.
That being said, these patents are now considered patent pending. Which means we have legal protections now. Anyone trying to patent similar tech after our priority date will get denied. The only thing we can't do is sue someone (and win) for damages until the patent is actually granted. But if someone does try capitalize on any of this tech, we can go back and sue for past damages as far back as our priority, once we get these patents granted. So we have protection.
