I wasn’t correcting you. Truth posted about a patent being awarded.

You are certainly correct that infringement now is dangerous to the extent that an eventual award of a patent would allow for an infringement suit. I can’t speculate on the probability of the patent being awarded but will tell you that I have now terminated all of my own forays into replacing sericin genes with other alternatives in silkworms.

I also believe that proof of this method could be quite valuable for KBLB. Wish I knew how far along they were in establishing the practicality of the method but we will only know more when KBLB reports further.

Maybe Dr. Trevor Kane with have something to say about the granting of said patent applications.
He works there after all.
