I would expect NWBO to scream and shout that info from the rooftops just like any other small biotech would.

While in quiet period before TLD? NWBO's situation is, that it is not just any other small biotech. It has disrupted the TLD process, by opting for a journal and waiting for that one, much to the discomfort of "the opposition" and "short longs".
