These items went up on the balance sheets from Q2 to Q3. Not sure what else he could be talking about. Some very cryptic responses that I don't quite understand where he is going, the point he is trying to make or the basis of said point.

Where in the U.S. are we (NWBO) currently expanding and maintaining manufacturing facilities, because according to the 10Q, we are. If you don’t know the answer to that, how do you know we are not helping to maintain and expand the facility (or at minimum fixtures) at Shelby Drive. Do you really think we started from scratch again, and if so, what are we maintaining? Remember, Shelby drive is currently expanding and needing to be maintained.

Exactly. Though I do believe they can and have the ability to engage with Cognate on approval of a marketing application by the terms of their agreement with Cognate. I do not think they will likely do that because I expect they believe they will either be acquired or have a partner who will do that n the US.
