Please show me where you get the idea that they are funding the development of CRL’s facilities. That’s not how it works The only reason the help fund Cognate was because it was cost prohibitive for a manufacturer to build out the clean rooms for production of DCVax-L when so few vaccines were needed for the trial without any guarantee that they would be approved.
