sleven, that's certainly what I am hoping for everyone involved. But by the same token, I certainly respect the more bearish analysis, that even if we win, the management is perceived to be so bad, and there are so many industry and market based issues (stuff beyond my legal realm), that while there would be a bump, it might not be a R-IT type bump.

In any event, I will do my best to create the opportunity to ultimately find out! It' amazing how far we have come to actually have a shot.

Sleven, my concern is the court tells marjac he has no standing, before we even get to the point of him winning. It's the path of least resistance for the court so I hope he can overcome this obstacle. He seems game for sure, but it's a tough argument to make without any support from Amarin.

Their lack of support astounds me, but at this point it's clear they are in way over their heads on every front but the science itself.

Great drug but absolutely no skill in selling it, protecting their IP, or increasing shareholder value.

If we can get $12 a share in some kind of acquisition I think that is the best we can hope for. Anyone with visions of $25+ is delusional IMO. That ship sailed long ago.

N7, a dose of reality. Anchor was untapping a "foreseen" treasure trove of scripts and the "death" of Lovaza. Neither of which materialized long before Du de Du Du. So recovering the minuscule gV market will be no earth shaking event.

Now if it leads to a BO, well that is another story.
