Sleven, my concern is the court tells marjac he has no standing, before we even get to the point of him winning. It's the path of least resistance for the court so I hope he can overcome this obstacle. He seems game for sure, but it's a tough argument to make without any support from Amarin.

Their lack of support astounds me, but at this point it's clear they are in way over their heads on every front but the science itself.

Great drug but absolutely no skill in selling it, protecting their IP, or increasing shareholder value.

If we can get $12 a share in some kind of acquisition I think that is the best we can hope for. Anyone with visions of $25+ is delusional IMO. That ship sailed long ago.
