You and others assert that as a fact. But there is no basis at all for it.

I would be certain that Advent owns some equipment at Sawston. For starters, they are the customer of the company that provides the software. That is a very significant part of the picture.

All we know for a fact is that NWBO has the lease on the facility. Past that it is just speculation on your part.
