Q, I just got off the phone with Duffy. Here's the story: "Frank" was just an administrative assistant to one of the partners at White Eagle International Technologies. Keith Duffy was Chairman. They acquired about 10 technologies from the Russian government -- and ended up focusing on the one that ended up at CTSO, which led to the creation of a spin-off of WEIT called RenalTech (and then MetaSorb)...and eventually was sold to Al Kraus and became CytoSorbents which got uplisted onto NASDAQ. (The other White Eagle company was a financial institution that was totally unrelated to WEIT but got the name from another financial institution that Duffy had previously run.)
