Q, One more thing: The original Russian IP was designed for use in agriculture and had nothing to do with kidneys! Duffy's team at WEIT figured out its most valuable commercial application was in BioTech. Essentially the company that Duffy founded became CTSO -- the biotech firm that got onto NASDAQ because of all the work that he did to bring it to the West and commercial it as a biotech treatment.
Are you saying that RenalTech the company that brought a lawsuit against White Eagle International Technologies who was awarded the patent rights to the polymer technology is not the company that went on to become CTSO but it was a spin off named RenalTech that became Medasorb then CTSO. Also away from Duffy being founder/CEO to now being a Chairman. You have moved away from claiming Duffy help Dr.D in his smuggling efforts and now say Duffy brought about 10 "legally" acquired technologies from Russia that was developed by AL Kraus and his company. Is this correct? SO this was all something Mr. Kraus couldn't remember? Of course you can provide no links to show this new claim that RenalTech did become Medasorb which did become CTSO. Sorry your phone call doesn't confirm anything. The Crunchbase website uses public records to gather their information. Show some public record of these claims for proof. You once said you saw stacks of paperwork Duffy still has. Show something more than just your word Please. Now all you have to do is prove it
Has Howard Miller or Duffy for that matter talked to Mr Kraus to remind him of all of what you claim. Why not just have Duffy make contact with CTSO and Mr Kraus to confirm your's and now Duffy's claims. I have not heard that any new information has been presented or any change in the information that Terri relayed to me. I'm sure if you identified your self as SP2 since she said she checked our board she would understand the importance of the needed update.
Are you saying that Advanced Renal Technologies took a fertilizer from Russia and made "ARTIFICIAL KIDNEY" with it. By the way Advanced Renal Technologies is still in business. So how did they spin off of from White Eagle International Technologies to become CTSO and still be in business as Advanced Renal Technologies.
From court case
"The Agreement then states that Advanced Renal Technologies engaged Dr. Davankov to “perform certain professional consulting services as hereinafter defined in Field,” and Dr. Davankov was retained to “advise and assist . . . in the creation of new products in the Field including, but not limited to, the development of polymers (‘ARTIFICIAL KIDNEY’).”
